Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

In placing a bet or initiating a game round, you acknowledge that the result will be determined by the platform's certified random number generator (for casino games) or by the actual real-world outcome of the relevant sporting event (for sports bets), and that the outcome is final. Once confirmed, bets and game rounds cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the player.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets and bonuses, and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
All content on the pkbat7 platform — including but not limited to the pkbat7 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game content, images, text, data feeds, and user interface elements — is the property of pkbat7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkbat7 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the pkbat7 platform or its content without prior written authorisation from pkbat7.
Any unauthorised use of pkbat7's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be pursued to the full extent available under applicable law.
An account is considered dormant when there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) calendar months. pkbat7 will notify you via your registered email address before applying any inactivity charges, providing you with a minimum of 30 days' notice to log in and reactivate your account.
Following the 30-day notice period, pkbat7 may deduct a monthly inactivity fee from any remaining real-money balance in the dormant account. The inactivity fee will not reduce your balance below zero — no debt is created as a result of inactivity charges. The current inactivity fee schedule is available on request from pkbat7 support.
If you wish to reactivate a dormant account at any time, simply log in. No fee will be applied after the account is reactivated. Dormant accounts subject to inactivity charges retain their KYC status, and any reactivation may require you to confirm your identity before withdrawals are processed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkbat7 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if pkbat7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
pkbat7's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkbat7 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your continued use of the pkbat7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkbat7's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of pk bat7's operating jurisdiction.
Before commencing formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact pkbat7 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution is not successful within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute to formal proceedings.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, nor shall it exclude or limit pkbat7's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
